True Polygraph LLC uses only Certified Polygraph examiners that have attended and passed an accredited APA (American Polygraph Association) polygraph academy course. True Polygraph examiners only use the latest techniques and computerize instruments such as the Lafayette LX5000 and LX6 Polygraph Instruments (lie detectors). We are Governed by, and are a member of the American Polygraph Association, and respect and adhere to their professional code of conduct. We administer and provide Polygraph or “Lie Detector” testing across Southern California with a professional and personal approach. We combine a wealth of experience, knowledge and high-level execution into each polygraph test conducted, while highly respecting your privacy.

David Sifling is the owner and President of True Polygraph, and a retired Police Officer with over 24 years of experience in the law enforcement field before becoming a certified polygraph examiner. His experience ranges from being a Detective working on high profile cases, FTO (Field Training Officer), SRO (School Resource Officer), G.R.E.A.T. (Gang Resistance Education and Training), G.R.E.A.T. Certified Families Instructor and at-risk youth program director, Traffic Division Investigator, Motor Officer, Dispatcher, PIO (Press Information Officer), Explorer Advisor, and Community Relations Coordinator to name a few throughout his career.

David graduated from the Marston Polygraph Academy as a certified polygraph examiner. This academy is accredited by the American Polygraph Association (APA). David holds an Advanced Certificate from the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) and is a good standing member of the APA (American Polygraph Association), CAPE (California Association of Polygraph) and AAPP (American Association of Police Polygraphists). David also belongs to the Greater San Gabriel Valley Rotary Club (District 5300) as an Executive Member in charge of Operations.

David has received several honors and awards during his career including: The President of the United States Lifetime Achievement Award, The Governors Hero Award from Rotary International, Hero of the Game by the LA Galaxy Soccer Club, Club Champion Citation recipient from Rotary and recognized by the California State Senate and Assembly for his volunteer work and efforts throughout various communities.
